THE CATHOLIC KNIGHT: The 82 year-old pope quickly recovered and carried on as if nothing happened. The Vatican reports that he was uninjured by the attack. Not even a holy midnight mass is safe for the pope these days. Fortunately, the angels were watching over him this time. It's yet another thing we should all be thankful for.
